Inside is a light chiffon sponge with fresh whipped cream. Fillings include vanilla chiffon with taro, soybean, strawberry or mango cream, chocolate chiffon with chocolate or Oreo cream, and matcha chiffon with matcha cream. Eggless and gluten-free versions are available for $20 more.
Sculpted characters add height, so a 6-inch character cake looks bigger than a 6-inch plain cake and still serves 4 to 6.

At least 24 hours online. Character cakes take longer to decorate, so 2 to 3 days is better, and weekends book out early.
Keep it flat and cold with the air conditioning on. The cream firms up in the fridge, so a 20 to 30 minute drive is fine.
