Inside is a light chiffon sponge with fresh whipped cream. Fillings include vanilla chiffon with taro, soybean, strawberry or mango cream, chocolate chiffon with chocolate or Oreo cream, and matcha chiffon with matcha cream. Eggless and gluten-free versions are available for $20 more.
May and June are our busiest weeks. For graduation weekend, order at least a week ahead to get the pickup time you want.

A name and 'Class of 2026' fit on a 6-inch. For a longer line, choose an 8-inch or larger.
Our 12-inch round serves 20 to 26 and the two-tier serves 16 to 24. For 40 or more, order two cakes or ask about a dessert table on the events page.
A week ahead is safe. Online orders need at least 24 hours, but the popular pickup slots go first.
Yes, keep it flat and cold and it is fine for an hour or so. We box it with a board and a dome.
